COURSE
Both race courses take you through the
Festival Theatre grounds and along the
beautiful and scenic Avon River. The 10k
route takes you up to the Stratford General
Hospital and back through some of
Stratford’s most historic and notable streets.
Both races finish at Upper Queen’s Park.
ENTRIES
BY SEPTEMBER 24, 2010 - 3.5km: $20, 10km: $30, Family
(3.5km or 10km): $60, Swan Stomp $10. There will be
a draw for 2 jackets for all those registered by September
24, 2010.
AFTER SEPTEMBER 24, 2010/race day: 3.5km: $25, 10km:
$35, Family (3.5km or 10km): $70, Swan Stomp: $10

PLEDGE INCENTIVES
Please help the Stratford General Hospital by collecting pledges to submit on race day or pledges can be collected online. Free entry with $75 in pledges, $150 in family pledges. Collect $250.00 in pledges and be entered in a draw for 2 return tickets with WestJet Air Travel anywhere in Canada that WestJet flies, taxes and surcharges included. PRE-REGISTRATION / RACE
KIT PICK-UP
Race Day 9:00am to 10:00am - in the pavillion at Upper Queen's Park.
Pre race kit pick up on Friday October 1, 2010 between 4:00pm and 7:00pm at Physiotherapy Alliance - 276 Huron St, Stratford

TECH SHIRTS
First
300 registrants will receive a technical
race shirt. Sizing will be assigned in order of registration. if your size is not available, the closest size will be given. The first 50 swan stomp participants will receive t-shirts. Only one free tech shirt is included in special family rate.
JACKETS
We will be doing a draw for all registrants that register
before September 24, 2010 for 2 jackets, which will be
awarded on race day.
AWARDS
Please join us for post race cheer and awards ceremony at 12:00 pm. Awards presented to top three male/female runners in each age category. New: 10K Course Record Male $250, Female $250 (1 available). Top male and female in 10km will each be awarded $500 prize. Second top male and female in 10km will each be awarded $250 prize. Third top male and female in 10km will each be awarded $100 prize. Top male and female in 3.5km will each be awarded $100 prize. Award to top pledge raisers. All participants eligible for great draw prizes. You must be present to receive awards.

Personal Race Day Photos available for purchase online after race day. (see home page). Bag check for runners, inspiring music along race route, magician games and activities, local playground for children, BBQ during awards ceremony.

From
Hwy 7/8 (Kitchener) turn right on
Parkview Dr and follow to front gates of Queen’s
Park. From Hwy 7 (London) turn right
on Ontario St. and follow to Parkview Dr, turn left and follow
to front gates.
